Our Danish plant is located very close to the new European “Robotcon Valley” in Odense and after many month of development and collaboration, we have now implemented a new ultra-precise pick and place robot. The parts are bin-picked and then placed in the press tool with very high precision. Before the part is being calibrated, a set of ingenious sensors, cross check the position of the part before the 300 tons press force is applied.
Many hours of monotonous reiterated manual work has been eliminated and we are very proud of the new member of our growing robot Family.
